Logistics Technology Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to map business requirements into OTM build activities and support process automation. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of OTM and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • OTM Mapping and Automation: Detailed technical and functional knowledge of OTM is required to map business requirements into OTM build activities and automate processes.
  • Business Process Expertise: Extensive experience (10+ years) in workflow agent design, coding, technical configuration, and development is necessary for this role.
  • Tech Integration Design and Dev: Strong understanding of OTM REST and SOAP APIs, as well as technical integration design and development, is required.
  • Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting: Ability to perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and configuration tasks.
  • Stage and Production Deployment: Experience with stage and production environment code deployment and migration activities.
  • Data Migration and Configuration: Knowledge of migrating data and configuration from public cloud to on-prem environment.
  • SQL Query Design and Implementation: Strong SQL query design and implementation skills.
  • Carrier and Logistics Integrations: Experience working with carrier, 3PL, other logistics 3rd party integrations technical teams.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
