Job Title: Financial Support Professional

The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the accounting department by preparing and managing financial documents, such as debit notes and credit notes.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensuring the precision of financial data and providing excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of export-import procedures and regulations
  • Supporting payment follow-up and collection activities

Functional Area: The Financial Support Professional will be responsible for assisting various aspects of accounting, including:

  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Debt collection and payment follow-up
  • Export-import documentation and compliance
