As a UX/UI Designer on our team, you'll work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability, ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with some exposure to fintech or data-heavy tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience designing for fintech platforms or banking interfaces.
  • Understanding of agent-based systems, chat interfaces, or AI explainability patterns.
