Interior Fit-out Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled and versatile interior fit-out design professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites.

This role involves conceptualising and developing design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. You will prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas, collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution, and source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools, and 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio. Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English), strong creative thinking, ability to translate ideas into impactful designs, must own a vehicle for office/site commuting, knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
