The Essential Skills:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in a creative or digital-first agency.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing work across social, video, influencer, and display platforms.
  • Adobe Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus.
  • GenAI Familiarity: Familiarity with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail, a passion for craft, and the ability to move quickly without compromising quality.
