3D Design Professional

 

The role of a 3D Designer involves the creation of detailed three-dimensional models using SketchUp software. This requires strong visualisation skills and attention to detail.

 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SketchUp and a solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles. A good eye for proportion and balance is also essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using SketchUp software
  • Interpret architectural and shop drawings to build precise 3D components
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and revisions
  • Support client presentations through updated models

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge or exposure to Unreal Engine for rendering or interactive walkthroughs
  • Willingness to learn and explore visual improvement tools

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SketchUp 3D modelling
  • Strong understanding of construction elements and architectural principles
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Good communication and coordination skills

 

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Interior Design
  • Certification in SketchUp is an added advantage

 

Work Environment:

  • Full-time office-based position in Bangalore
  • Reporting to the Design Engineer and working under the guidance of the 3D Visualizer
  • Collaborative environment with exposure to high-quality façade projects
