MES Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES project manager to lead complex projects in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in the MES domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in full project management lifecycle for software/maintenance/development/implementation projects and IT methodologies (ITIL).
  • Experience managing multiple technologies and functions; demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
