Job Description:
At The Origin, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team in India. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-5 years of experience in customer service who possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate resources.
