  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes\
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark\
  • Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency\
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance\
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs\
  • Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively\
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools\
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance\
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact\
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization\
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy\
