Job Role: IT Asset Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking an IT Asset Manager to join our team. As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices and E-way bills in a timely manner.
  • Transition assets and accessories into the tool on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset movements between stores and branches.
  • Collaborate with the IT store in-charge to ensure accurate asset inventory.
  • Coordinate vendor deliveries and dispatches.
  • Verify end-of-month asset movement bills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-6 years of experience in IT asset management. You should be proficient in using tools and software related to asset management.
