Job Title

Aerospace Engineering Coordinator Role

This is a high-priority position in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review 3D models from consultants and contractors, conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
  • Manage views to issues, publish automated Grouped Clashes, BIM Track Settings for Navisworks, Interactive clash pinpoint display in Navisworks models, Clash Status Synchronization, Navis works Clash and Viewpoint Management.
  • Publish models to Viewer from Navisworks, audit and review models in Autodesk Revit, conduct early design review and constructability analysis, manage/update BIM Project Documents.
  • Extract/verify 3D Model Quantities, perform 4D Scheduling/Simulation using Autodesk Navisworks, hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and hardworking individual with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels, experience in BIM Track issue creation, Navis works viewpoint creation, expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
  • BIM360, BIM Track, knowledge of Integrated Features of BIM Track for Navisworks, basic knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), completed bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of work experience.
