Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Industrial Design Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Industrial Designer, you will contribute to projects spanning engineering, product development, and sustainable solutions.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that meet customer requirements while aligning with our commitment to sustainability, user-centric innovation, and global standards.

About the Role

  • Design Leadership: Propose creative, innovative, and feasible design solutions adhering to project objectives, customer requirements, sustainability standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Design Development: Develop and present design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Collaboration: Closely collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Team Support: Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
  • Research: Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
  • Innovation: Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for design realization.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • R&D: Contribute to R&D initiatives in areas such as sustainable agriculture systems, urban infrastructure, and smart engineering solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and processes
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
