Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of customer deliveries, managing and creating visibility of the Order book, and matching supply and demand in accordance with defined priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely execution of customer deliveries against commercial requirements.
- Prepare reports to manage and create visibility of the Order book.
- Assume responsibility of matching supply and demand in accordance with defined priorities.
- Manage seasonal delivery plans and ensure order book execution accordingly.
- Coordinate and execute the release of key Launches and Campaigns with Marketing Organization and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse to resolve issues on picking notes and deliveries.
- Maintain the order book to reflect the latest range and master data changes.
- Analyze and report on order book status and Product Availability.
- Support OBF manager on project and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform billing execution for e-Com.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding and experience in operational supply chain process environment.
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
- Ability to handle data in Excel.
- Competent user in Microsoft Office applications. MS – Excel (advanced) and MS-Access (intermediate).
- High degree of self-motivation and team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently with different layers of the organization.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-year degree from an accredited college or university degree with emphasis on the area of business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations.
- > 2 years of experience working in a supply chain environment, preferably in apparel/fashion/shoes industry.
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing).
