The role of a Senior Manager-Infra plays a pivotal part in designing, governing, and optimizing the company's global IT infrastructure and cloud landscape.

This position requires expertise in enterprise architecture across various technologies, including compute, storage, network, identity, and cloud. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid models, as well as strong cybersecurity principles and compliance mapping to infrastructure design.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for defining and maintaining the global infrastructure and cloud architecture blueprint, aligning designs with business continuity, scalability, cybersecurity, and performance goals, and championing platform rationalization and simplification initiatives.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, including CIO/Head of Infrastructure, Infra Ops, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Service Delivery Leads, Project Managers & PMO, and IT Business Partners, as well as external stakeholders such as OEMs/Technology Partners, System Integrators/Consultants, and Cloud Providers.

Key responsibilities include solution design & project enablement, technology evaluation & adoption, architecture governance & standards, collaboration & knowledge enablement, specialized knowledge requirements, internal stakeholder interaction, and external stakeholder interaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, cloud certifications, TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, and network/security certifications.

Experience includes 12+ years of infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in an architecture role across global delivery models, proven track record of designing and governing large-scale infra/cloud deployments, and skills in architecture modeling and documentation, infra stack knowledge, vendor engagement, and cross-cultural communication.
