Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our brand awareness and sales goals. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels to drive maximum ROI.
- Plan and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics to inform future marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance overall campaign performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business).
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, as well as other digital marketing tools.
