IT Architect

Job Title:

This position plays a pivotal role in the organization's SAP Global Center of Excellence, driving innovation and excellence in IT landscape management.

• Develop and enhance SAP solutions for finance department processes
• Define, design, and deliver SAP process to ensure best practice design and implementation of SAP solutions for finance processes
• Support technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development
• Provide architecture and design guidance
• Monitor the progress of Fi/CO module and team monitoring
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Maintain advanced level technical certification
• Continuous monitoring and improvement
• Team building and mentorship

Requirements:

A master's degree or equivalent in a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred (MBA Finance). Certification in SAP: Preferred (FI/CO Module)

10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong functional knowledge of sales, manufacturing, or other enterprise processes using SAP with specialization in finance and controlling module.

Minimum of 7 years prior experience in managing large-scale SAP-related programs in the capacity of Module Lead.

Key skills include: SAP S4/Hana – At least 2-3 Implementation Projects (Green Field or Migration), Knowledge of SAP FI/CO Module, Knowledge of interaction between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP etc.

Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science industry preferred. Experience in fast-paced global multinational matrix organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence business team members/stakeholders and manage project teams.

Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
