Structural Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for performing structural analysis using advanced software tools and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finite element analysis and experience with Siemens Simcenter. You will be working on a wide range of projects, from aircraft structures to industrial equipment, and will be required to analyze complex systems and develop solutions to optimize their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structural Analysis: Perform detailed structural analysis using Siemens Simcenter and other advanced software tools.
  • Finite Element Analysis: Conduct finite element analysis to determine the behavior of complex systems under various loads.
  • Metallic Materials: Have in-depth knowledge of metallic materials, including steel, aluminum, and titanium.
  • Composite Materials: Expertise in composite materials, including carbon and glass fibers.
  • Hybrid Metal/Composite Assemblies: Ability to model and analyze hybrid metal/composite assemblies.
  • Aerospace or Industrial Standards: Familiarity with aerospace or industrial standards related to structural calculations.
  • Post-processing Simulation Results: Skills in post-processing simulation results, including deformations, stresses, and modal analysis.
  • Technical Calculation Reports: Ability to write clear and structured technical calculation reports.
  • Simulation Result Validation: Precision in analyzing and validating simulation results.
  • Design Optimizations: Ability to suggest design optimizations based on calculation outcomes.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical thinking to assess the relevance of modeling assumptions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with design, testing, and manufacturing teams.
  • Project-based Environment: Ability to work in a project-based environment, meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Internal Services Support: Assists internal services to ensure technical expertise.
  • Evaluation and Test Monitoring: Monitoring of evaluations and tests carried out by customers. Ensuring expertise on returns and proposing solutions.
  • Customer Interface: Act as interface with customers for modeling field.
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken.
