About the Role:
- Lead business analysis efforts for high-profile banking projects, leveraging 10+ years of experience in driving business growth and delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Apply analytical skills to identify business problems and develop creative solutions, driving business value and improving operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FSDs, business glossaries, data models, test strategies, and project plans.
- Design and deliver reports, including requirement matrices, gap analyses, problem analyses, and business cases.
- Model business processes and data using Visio, Enterprise Architect, and Erwin.
- Apply project management methodologies, including Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Analyze and interpret complex data using SQL, Microstrategy, and Tableau.
- Develop and implement data management and data quality management techniques.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, analyzing and presenting complex data insights.
- Presentation skills, including data storytelling using visualizations, are essential.
- Strong soft skills, including communication, negotiation, relationship building, and influencing.
Requirements:
A good understanding of the BA role and exposure to data-related projects is essential.
