Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager - Design to lead our designing projects, manage designer productivity, and provide training on technical details.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end project management for Residential/Interior projects.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing design discussions, ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designing projects through a team of designers.
  • Ensure designer productivity and work output.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Train designers on technical details.
  • Lead design discussions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.
  • Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA, Design Management.
  • 3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end project management for Residential/Interior projects.
