Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our campaign management support department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Email marketing and a strategic mindset with analytical skills.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including existing campaigns, new campaign setup, data selection, campaign rollout, and results tabulation.
  • Oversee existing & new campaigns and customer targeting and workflow set up on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing insights from complex and diverse data sets, coherently communicating those insights internally and to clients, and optimizing email campaigns across platforms.

This role requires a high degree of resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication skills both written and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation for more than 2 customers.
  • Hands-on experience in development of business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting and insights.
  • High proficiency with Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and data analysis.
