Recruitment Data Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Excel, experience working with ATS data and recruitment KPIs, and a passion for generating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing ATS and recruitment performance data, creating dashboards, summaries, and insights to support business decisions. They will also coordinate with internal teams to support data-driven operations.
