We are seeking a seasoned YouTube channel manager to oversee the growth and optimization of our presence on the platform.

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to increase subscriber growth, watch time, retention, CTR, and engagement.
  • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Optimize video metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions for maximum visibility.
  • Analyze audience behavior and adjust our strategy in real-time to maximize results.

  • You have a proven track record of managing and scaling YouTube channels.
  • You possess a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
  • You are proficient in using YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ.
  • You can balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making.
