About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credit management department, you will be responsible for managing all collections processes for allocated portfolios in assigned regions, driving performance on business targets through an extended team of field executives and callers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Allocation and Performance Management: Conduct timely allocation of portfolio to aligned vendors/NFTEs and conduct ongoing reviews to drive performance on the business targets.
  2. Tactical Incentive Planning: Formulate short-term incentive plans for NFTEs to increase productivity and drive DRR.
  3. Critical Segment Review: Ensure various critical segments as defined by business are reviewed and performance is driven on them.
  4. Hardship Tool Utilization and Settlement Waivers: Ensure judicious use of hardship tools and adherence to settlement waivers both on rate and value.
  5. Field Visits and Documentation: Conduct ongoing field visits on critical accounts and ensure proper documentation in Collect24 system of all field visits and telephone calls to customers.
  6. Risk Management and Compliance: Raise red flags in a timely manner basis deterioration in portfolio health indicators/frauds and raise timely alarms on critical incidents as per compliance guidelines.
