Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data expert with expertise in Azure Data Engineer to lead our data initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SQL development, along with hands-on experience in SSIS or Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support data processing and reporting.
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS or Azure Data Factory (ADF). Develop a deep understanding of data flow, transformation, and loading.
  • Perform data modeling, database design, and query performance tuning.
  • Manage data workflows between on-premise systems and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Ensure high performance, availability, and reliability of data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data pipelines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes, data models, and technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL, indexing, query optimization).
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS and/or Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building data pipelines.
  • Proficient in ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data quality, and error handling.
