Job Title: HR Generalist - Employee Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Jangra Chemicals Private Limited. This is a full-time position responsible for supporting the Human Resources department.

About the Role:
  • This role will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Record Management: Organize and maintain accurate personnel records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Database Updates: Update internal databases with relevant information, such as sick leave or maternity leave.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Policies and Compliance: Revise company policies and ensure legal compliance in all aspects of HR operations.
  • Partnerships and Communication: Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹420,000 per annum (based on industry standards and location), commensurate with experience.
