The role of Assistant Manager encompasses a range of quality management system activities, including handling CCF, deviations, and OOS events, as well as reviewing batch reports and participating in productivity improvements and batch failure investigations.
Detailed Accountabilities- Quality Management: Handle critical control factors, deviations, and out-of-specification activities, review batch reports, and participate in productivity enhancements and batch failure analyses.
- Document Creation: Prepare and review standard operating procedures, engineering operating procedures, organization compliance procedures, batch manufacturing records, and production-related documents.
- Validation and Audit Coordination: Work with the quality assurance team for validation, qualification, and audit preparedness.
- Quality Records Review: Examine completed documents for completeness and signatures, and perform real-time data entry in quality records.
- e-Batch Manufacturing Record (SAP): Manage e-batch manufacturing record activities.
- Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
