About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned agriculture professional to join our team as Head of Agri TIC Vertical.

You will be responsible for leading our agriculture testing, inspection and certification efforts in India.

Your expertise in setting up and operating agriculture labs, ensuring regulatory compliance and certifications will be crucial in this role.

In addition, you will be expected to develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our agriculture testing, inspection and certification strategies in India.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and government agencies.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Degree with specialization in Agriculture or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of experience in roles such as Agriculture Lab In-Charge, Commercial Business Manager, or Head – Agriculture Division.
  • Proven experience in setting up and operating agriculture labs.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and certifications.
  • Commercially driven with excellent client relationship and business development skills.
