Job Description

As a YouTube Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online presence. The ideal candidate will be a video native with a deep understanding of YouTube trends and creative concepts.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive YouTube strategy, managing content calendars, optimizing content for SEO, and running A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules.

  • Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy
  • Manage content calendar: frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads
  • Optimize content for YouTube SEO: metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and scaling YouTube channels
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior
  • Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, VidIQ
  • Balance of creative storytelling + data-driven decision making
  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset
