The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Healthcare Product Manager to join our product development team. In this crucial role, you will define and deliver cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Agile Development: Participate in agile ceremonies and provide guidance to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.
  • User Experience (UX): Work closely with designers to ensure user-centric design meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Maintain a strong understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and ensure product features are compliant.
  • Product Launch & Adoption: Support product launches and monitor product performance post-launch.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear user stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
