Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to fill a key role within our organization.

  • Develop and implement routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance plans for plant automation systems.
  • Modify PLC programs and SCADA systems based on production requirements and validate the changes.
  • Update critical breakdown details to the Plant Head or Instrumentation Head.
  • Handle instrument complaints raised in SAP and close notifications after work completion.
  • Implement automation-related corrective action and preventatives actions and coordinate with calibration and document teams for preparing documents such as change control, CAPA closure, deviation, and qualification documents.
  • Support Device Specialists in resolving automation issues, including downloading programs, programming VFDs, controllers, and other devices.
  • Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, GEP, and EHS guidelines while performing activities.
  • Fully comply with established company procedures and policies related to EHS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree.
  • Hands-on experience with Rockwell PLCs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation system issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and records.
