Job Opportunity

Our organization requires a skilled professional to design and maintain automation solutions. This involves developing and implementing flows that integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create process automations for ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications using Power Automate / Logic Apps.
  • Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during automation.
  • Sync SharePoint content, customer contacts, or triggers from Business Central with JSM.
  • Develop dashboards for tracking service level agreements (SLAs) utilizing Jira and Power BI/SharePoint if necessary.
  • Ensure all created and updated flows are properly documented.
  • Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team and Jira consultant to guarantee operational compliance.
  • Perform test automation using sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality.
