Job Title:

Mechanical Design Professional

A Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in product design and innovation is required to fill this position. This role involves designing, developing, and refining 3D CAD models for products across various industries using plastics, sheet metal, weldments, and machined parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality 3D CAD models for products utilizing diverse materials and techniques.
  • Generate detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing purposes, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct basic Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure product integrity and stability.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to contribute to project success.
  • Handle detailed engineering of complex components, ensuring precise and accurate results.
  • Communicate project updates clearly and concisely with clients in English.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design engineering.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks (certification or formal training is advantageous).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, welding, 3D printing, and thermoforming.
  • Experience in machine design is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in creating manufacturing-ready 2D drawings.
  • Experience in team coordination and project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with Siemens NX is an added advantage.
