Brand Communications and Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

  • A highly experienced Brand Communications and Marketing Strategist is required to lead brand and communication efforts in the garment industry.

About the Position:

  • We are seeking a dynamic individual with hands-on experience in Marcom and integrated marketing execution, particularly in consumer-focused industries like garments or fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with advertising/media agencies, providing briefs, evaluating and implementing 360-degree creative strategies, planning and media strategies.
  • Strategize, design and execute brand communications for the brand.
  • Recommend and manage all brand activities to ensure fit with brand strategy and corporate guidelines.
  • Owning end-to-end brand communications, including campaigns, influencer marketing, content and storytelling.
  • Strengthening the brand presence in the market through various ATL, BTL and trade promotion activities.
  • Developing multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Packaging development and design aesthetics.
  • Ideating creative routes for newly launched products/services and conceptualizing end-to-end execution.
  • Event/exhibition management, strategic and tactical campaign deployment.
  • Initiating and conducting relevant research through research agencies.
  • Analyzing the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns through metrics such as ROI, engagement and brand health.
  • Managing corporate identity, electronic communications, internal communications, corporate events program, publications and other marketing materials.
  • Developing and implementing internal and external communications programs, including better negotiations with vendors for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
  • 10-12 years' expertise in Marcom.
