Scientific Officer - Oligonucleotide Synthesis

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Officer to join our team and lead oligo synthesis and analytics for groundbreaking therapeutic and diagnostic programs.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running and troubleshooting automated solid-phase synthesis (detritylation–oxidation cycles), scaling synthesis to mmol level (coupling efficiency >99%), purifying (HPLC, PAGE, CE) and characterizing (LC-MS, UV-Vis, MS) oligos, maintaining lab instrumentation, inventory, safety, and SOPs, driving cross-functional method development and QC initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Ph.D. + 2–5 yrs in oligo synthesis and analysis, a strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, analytics. Experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing is a bonus.
