About the Role

The role of Webflow Developer is to build and manage marketing web properties. You will work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits and provide directional suggestions.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, making innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
