Job Title:

SailPoint Architect

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Develop and enforce robust security protocols to safeguard SailPoint deployments, aligning with enterprise standards.
  • Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, and CloudFormation to streamline development processes.
  • Build secure deployment frameworks with strong source code management and database administration practices.
  • Optimize databases (Oracle, SQL, Sybase) for IdentityIQ deployments to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure supporting SailPoint environments to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of SailPoint integrations with enterprise systems to ensure optimal results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ installation, integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Expertise in SailPoint IIQ modules (Provisioning, Access Certifications, Role Management, Policy Enforcement, Workflows).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise directories: Active Directory, LDAP.
  • Proficiency in report generation within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong database experience: Oracle, SQL, Sybase.
  • Knowledge of application servers, OS (Windows/Linux), and networking as it relates to SailPoint deployments.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
  • Exposure to SharePoint and intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact across business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in Insurance / Financial Services domain.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.
  • Experience in security compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Certifications in SailPoint, IAM, or Security domains (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
