Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical features of our SaaS platform. You will drive technical excellence and solve complex challenges. Additionally, you'll mentor the team and advocate for best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and develop major features, ensuring quality and scalability.
- Provide guidance during technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capability.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency.
- Contribute to long-term product and technical strategies.
You must have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience. A strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture is also required. Additionally, expertise in modern frameworks and cloud platforms, specifically AWS, is necessary.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Reactjs is highly recommended. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams is also desirable.
