Blockchain Developer Position

We are looking for a skilled blockchain developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain solutions.

This role is a core member of our team responsible for making significant contributions to the ecosystem of products and protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Deploy: Blockchain solutions including smart contracts, dApps, tokenization systems, and protocol upgrades.
  • Smart Contract Development: Write and audit secure smart contracts (Solidity/Rust) for tokens (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL), DeFi protocols, and governance systems.
  • Tokenomics Models: Research and implement tokenomics models, including supply mechanics, vesting, and utility design.
  • Multichain Contracts: Build and optimize multi-chain contracts (Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Hyperliquid) with cross-chain interoperability.
  • Contract Security: Ensure contract security and gas efficiency, adhering to industry standards (EIPs, BPF) and mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • API and Microservices: Develop supporting APIs and microservices for blockchain interaction.
  • Event-driven Architecture: Implement event-driven architectures for real-time on-chain data processing and optimize database schemas for blockchain data indexing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and software developers in designing and creating innovative solutions.
  • Research and Documentation: Research, create, and document existing and new blockchain structures and proposed solutions.
  • Problem-solving: Analyze needs, resources, and problems of the organization and provide necessary solutions.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development and in blockchain solutions.
  • Blockchain Development Frameworks: Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools, such as Truffle, Remix, and Web3.js.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills.
  • Programming Languages: Experience with solidity, rust, or golang and node.js must. Knowledge in Java & C++ and understanding other programming languages, like Python, C++, JavaScript.
  • Back-end Skills: Strong back-end skills.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms: Proficiency in algorithms & data structures.
  • Cryptography: Basic knowledge of cryptography.
  • Technology Tools: Knowledge of current technology tools like microservice architectures and Docker containers.
