English Teacher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English teacher to join our school in Faridabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous lessons to students in the IB Middle Years and Diploma Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Planning and Delivery
    • Design and implement English curriculum aligned with IB standards.
    • Create dynamic lessons catering to diverse learners.
  • Assessment and Evaluation
    • Develop and administer formative and summative assessments.
    • Provide timely feedback to students.
  • Classroom Management
    • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
    • Foster a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
  • Communication
    • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Prepare progress reports and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Teaching certification/licensure for relevant grade level.
  • Experience teaching in IB Middle Years & DP Programme preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MYP&DP philosophy, framework, and assessment criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
