Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality digital products, including mobile apps and software.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the design and product team to create new solutions and improve existing products based on research findings and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of hands-on UX/product design experience, with a minimum of 2+ years full-time experience at the Senior level.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Expertise in multiple areas of product design, including research, IA, visuals, prototyping, design validation, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficient experience with Figma (design tool) and design systems.
