Internal Auditor Role

Our organization is seeking a diligent and meticulous Internal Auditor to fill a critical position. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, preparing draft audit observations, and compiling comprehensive audit reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough internal audits in accordance with the approved audit plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, exchange rules, and internal policies.
  • Prepare detailed audit observations and assist in compiling audit reports to identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and clarify audit queries, ensuring accurate information is obtained.
  • Track the implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings and verify the accuracy of financial statements and records.
  • Review and evaluate control deficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with relevant professional experience, preferably in auditing or a related field, will be preferred.
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as CA Inter or CA are mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A graduation degree from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in auditing or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Working Hours:

  • A full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
