Overview

Research Analyst Role

This is a key position for our organization. As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting senior team members with research tasks.

  • You will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research for baseline-endline studies, policy analysis, and research publication development.
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis, as well as prepare research briefs and summary reports.
  • Support needs assessment studies and impact evaluations, and assist in survey design and data collection tool development.
  • Help maintain project databases and documentation, create IEC materials, script development for awareness content, and document success stories and case studies.
  • Develop engaging social media content for various platforms and support field survey coordination and data collection.
  • Provide research support to senior team members, assist in client presentation preparation, and help in project documentation and reporting.
Key Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, MSW, MBA (Rural Management), or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi & Odia.
  • A clear understanding and fluency in Odia language (reading/writing/speaking) is required.
  • BASIC knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
