Our organization is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on CNC HMC machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and conducting inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically with CNC machines, preferably HMCs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks. They will also be expected to train and supervise less experienced maintenance staff as needed, implement maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives, and identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. They will also have a strong understanding of CNC machine operation and maintenance, as well as knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical circuits.
