Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Generative AI Architect to lead the design and architecture of GenAI solutions using LLMs and advanced conversational AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in solution architecture, fine-tuning LLMs, building GenAI solutions using open-source frameworks, and designing scalable AI solutions on cloud services.

  • Lead Solution Architecture: Develop and implement innovative GenAI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Fine-Tune LLMs: Utilize techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA to improve model performance.
  • Build GenAI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable AI solutions using Hugging Face, LangChain, and AutoGen.
  • Design Scalable AI Solutions: Implement GenAI solutions on GCP services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics: A strong foundation in computer science and AI is essential.
  • 15–18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems: Proven experience in leading teams and developing complex AI systems.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS): Familiarity with cloud services and their application in AI.
  • Proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow: Expertise in Python and popular ML frameworks.
  • Experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs using modern techniques and tools: Hands-on experience with LLMs and their deployment.
