Load Balancing is a critical component of modern IT infrastructure, enabling businesses to optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the load balancing infrastructure for cloud and data center environments using advanced technologies like VMware Advanced NSX/AVI and F5 Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and manage VMware Advanced NSX/AVI server load balancers and Global Load Balancers (GSLB), ensuring stability and optimal performance.
  • Network Administration: Perform daily administrative tasks for load balancer environments, monitoring network performance, addressing issues, and deploying solutions as needed.
  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with network and engineering teams to design advanced load balancing solutions for data centers and cloud environments.
  • Infrastructure Development: Implement, upgrade, and install new equipment to support evolving architecture and customer needs.
  • Network Optimization: Regularly assess network efficiency, leveraging new technologies and optimizing configurations to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with VMware Advanced NSX/AVI or F5 Systems (LTM/GTM).
  • Advanced Understanding: Advanced understanding of networking technologies, traffic flow, and certificate management.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of VMware NSX technologies, automation concepts, and enterprise-level solution design.
  • Scripting/Automation Skills: Scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python 3.x) to streamline processes.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with network management tools and concepts.

Preferred Certifications & Skills:

  • Cisco Systems: Cisco Systems (CCNA/CCNP)
  • VMware NSX: VMware NSX (VCA-DBT/VCP-NV)
