Financial Operations Specialist

The primary function of this role is to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of financial operations. A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail are essential to meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance to avoid potential risks.
  • Monitor application status and coordinate with government authorities for timely processing.
  • Provide guidance on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup to clients.
  • Support the timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns to maintain fiscal transparency.

Applicants should have a graduate or post-graduate degree from a commerce background, basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013. Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation.

This role offers hands-on experience in finance, compliance, and corporate regulations. You will work in a dynamic environment with direct client exposure and develop expertise in corporate finance, tax regulations, and legal compliance.
