Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects as per customer standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall responsibility for project execution as per customer standards/requirements within agreed duration to ensure the success of the project.
- Understand the essential importance of business and technical processes for project success.
- Lead project teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget.
- Maintain daily client relationship and communication, acting as the first point of escalation for daily issues.
- Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage good onsite-offshore coordination for optimal service delivery.
- Review and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents.
- Manage teams of hard-working individuals and promote team cohesiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in IT project implementation.
- 5+ years of leading Agile methodology projects.
- 5+ years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects with at least 5+ years managing and understanding of general Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, and Marketing), Apex Programming, and Force.com Capabilities.
