The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles and a strong track record of success in project execution and delivery.

  • Project Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across our organization, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Technology Leadership: Define and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals, guide architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor technical teams across different domains, build a high-performance engineering culture, and ensure continuous skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, business teams, and external stakeholders, represent our organization in government meetings, RFPs, and project reviews, and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
