Job Title: Nursing Abroad Counsellor

The role of a nursing abroad counsellor involves guiding professionals and students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad. This includes providing information on study and career opportunities, eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct counselling sessions with individuals to discuss their aspirations and guide them on potential career paths in nursing abroad.
  • Explain the process of converting qualifications for foreign institutions, including any necessary certifications or licences.
  • Assist with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements for international programs.
  • Ensure successful enrolments by maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote admissions, operations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor student progress, provide ongoing support, and maintain accurate records of counselling sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment, preferably 1-3 years.
  • Strong understanding of international nursing pathways and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages.
  • Target-driven with strong sales orientation and ability to meet performance targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
