Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual design of elegant, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products and expertise in modern UI design tools. They will be responsible for designing responsive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

The Senior Visual Designer will work closely with UX designers, researchers, content designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle. They will participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine and improve UI design.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly articulate the rationale behind their visual design decisions to stakeholders.

The role requires a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces that are both beautiful and functional, delivering clarity, delight, and confidence at every step of the user journey.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and QA UI designs with precision, ensuring the final product meets design intent.
  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across experiences and teams.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, with a strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products.
  • Expertise in modern UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer) and interaction prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments.
